All Whitchurch business owners are invited to attend an Open Forum drop-in session at the Civic Centre on Wednesday 25th November 2015 from 5pm – 6pm, to include refreshments. This is an opportunity for business owners to meet the Town Centre Manager and Whitchurch Town Council’s new Town Clerk, Stephen Platt. We would encourage attendees to bring any questions or concerns to this event and any feedback you may have regarding Whitchurch Town Centre, the events we host and ideas for future Whitchurch projects.
This open meeting is being organised in conjunction with Whitchurch Town Council and Whitchurch Chamber of Trade and Commerce. All Chamber members and other Whitchurch based non-chamber business owners are invited to attend. After the drop-in session closes at 6pm a Chamber Meeting will follow in order for potential new members to experience a meeting. All Open Forum attendees are welcome to stay for the meeting. Chamber membership is still only £28.00 per year up until June 2016. A number of members of the Chamber of Trade will also be in attendance during the Open Forum session.
