Consultation on Town Play Areas
Whitchurch Town Council are asking for residents’ views to help them make decisions about the future of play areas in the Town.
Cllr Hall, Chair of the Parks and Public Realm Committee said ‘funds have been allocated for inclusive play equipment and to upgrade and install new equipment in Deermoss Park. We would like residents to let us know what sort of play equipment they would like throughout the town to help us plan for the future’.
The Town Council has already agreed funding for a youth shelter and a new state of the art power generating exercise bike, which will be situated in Jubilee Park. It is hoped this new equipment will be installed in March.
The consultation will run until 16th April 2021.
